The Energy and Security Group is in constant search of qualified and experienced consultants to join our team on a project-by-project basis. In some cases, consultants are needed for existing contracts where ESG is a subcontractor in a consortium and in some cases consultants are needed for upcoming work and bids/proposals. The Energy and Security Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
ESG has successfully competed for and will continue to compete for a large volume of donor- and client-funded projects. For all proposed positions to be filled by ESG consultants, technical skills are important. In addition to technical skills, consultants with significant managerial experience, prior overseas work in challenging environments, ability to gain the confidence of host country officials, ability to provide realistic advice in a developing market environment, and knowledge of a regional language will have a distinct advantage.
