Previous to working at ESG, Mr. Siegel served as Chief, Resource Analysis Division, Center for Army Analysis; Chief, Information Architecture Development Branch, Army Secretariat; and Economist, Alliance to Save Energy. His experience spans economic, financial and market analyses in the energy and environmental areas. His primary work at ESG has included developing a variety of analytic methodologies and models to support the US Army. Prior to joining ESG, Mr. Bell managed the US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) ENERGY STAR® Buildings Office task to promote the development, implementation and dissemination of financial metrics that link energy efficiency with financial performance.Mr. Bell has also served as an economic consultant on a variety of energy efficiency and market transformation projects and served as Manager of Energy and Economic Modeling for the American Gas Association. Scott Dicke, Deputy Director of Analysis and Modeling Scott Dicke serves ESG as the Deputy Director for Modeling and Analysis, with expertise in economic and financial analysis. He has several years of experience in model design and implementation, specializing in the use of Excel and VBA. Scott is currently developing an analysis of energy and water resource sustainability costs associated with U.S. Army missions. He is also developing a decision support tool to measure various bio-energy policy options in Central America and the Caribbean. Prior to joining ESG, he served as Manager, Custom Excel Analytics with information services firm SNL Financial, LC; as Assistant Trader, Enron Freight Markets with the Enron Corporation; as Teacher, Nanjing Technical College of Special Education with the organization Volunteers in Asia; and recently as a volunteer with the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE). He began his professional career in the late 1970s as a State Energy Official with the NJ Dept of Energy. Mr. McNulty currently serves ESG as Senior Operations & Program Manager. Prior to ESG he worked with Winrock International, where he was Director of Operations and had myriad duties including programmatic and management responsibilities. Before joining Winrock he served as Operations Director for the non-profit U.S. Export Council for Renewable Energy (US/ECRE). During his career to date, he has worked with energy consulting companies such as Bechtel National and Sheladia International serving government, multi-lateral, utility, and commercial clients.Mr. McNulty has broad knowledge of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies with expertise in U.S. Agency for International Development contracting and compliance.smcnulty@energyandsecurity.com Katia Marchesini, Assistant to the Vice President Katia Marchesini has more than 12 years of experience in project management in Latin America and the U.S. For four years she oversaw the coordination of the Western Hemisphere Information Exchange Program on behalf of ESG, a program sponsored by the US Army to promote technology demonstrations and information exchange in the areas of Installations, Environment, and Energy management. While in El Salvador she managed a program to promote exports from Central America to Europe sponsored by the government of Holland; and worked for five years at the Unit for Sustainable Development and Environment of the Organization of American States in Washington, D.C. She holds a Business Management degree from the Catholic University of El Salvador (UCA) and a Master's degree in Engineering Management with focus on Environment and Energy Management from The George Washington University. Her work has included developing philanthropic grant programs for international organizations, contributing to reports and publications, managing company projects, and working with the EPA's ENERGY STAR® program. She is also the staff director for the non-profit organization Renew the Earth and works with the International Biochar Initiative. Sierra Stoney is an analyst for ESG, with a focus on economic and data analysis. At ESG, she is currently providing support for U.S. Army and EPA's ENERGY STAR® projects. She has academic research experience in the fields of international development, international finance, market efficiency, and economic modeling. Previously, she worked as a research assistant for Stoney Forensic, Inc. where she collected geographic and geologic literature resources, and interned for First Peoples’ Worldwide where she researched the cultures and economics of Indigenous Peoples. Wykea Benjamin, Analyst Wykea Benjamin serves as a research Analyst at ESG and is currently aiding in the development and interface design of Sustain the Mission Project (SMP) Decision Support Tool to calculate the Fully Burdened Cost of Fuel in combat theaters. Ms. Benjamin holds a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and has 3 year of academic experience in researching the foundations of Mathematics, Number Theory, and Actuarial Science. Teron Coleman, IT/Systems Administrator Teron Coleman serves as System Administrator for ESG, with over 10 years experience in the Information Technology field. He served his nation proudly in the U.S Army with a variety of tours including supporting Operation Enduring Freedom while on tour in Qatar. Prior to working for ESG he worked as a system administrator/ client services for a Raytheon working multiple projects as a subject matter expert for wireless/networking services. During his career to date he is keeping up with Information Security with a strong focus on Forensics to stay in touch with an ever evolving security standpoint within Information Technology.
