                           Scott Dicke, Director of Analysis and Modeling
Scott Dicke has over 10 years experience developing decision support systems and performing economic, financial, market, and policy analysis. He specializes in analysis of energy, energy technology, and environmental issues in an international development and national security context. Scott is currently designing and implementing an analysis of energy resource sustainability costs associated with U.S. Army missions, and is developing a cost/benefit methodology for analysis of military camp waste management strategies. Past work includes creation of a decision support tool for assessing bioenergy policy options in Central America and the Caribbean. Prior to joining ESG, Scott was a Manager of Custom Analytics at the information services firm SNL Financial; a teacher with the organization Volunteers in Asia; an assistant Trader with Enron Corporation; and volunteer with the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE). Scott holds a BS in Finance and a BS in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech, and a MA in Energy & Environmental Economics from John Hopkins University.
