Energy and Security Group has conducted a range of clean energy market assessments to assist public and private sector clients to make sound business decisions. ESG is also achieved in assessing clean energy solutions for grid and off-grid applications. Activities have included identifying, screening, and prioritizing renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies, products, and services; assessing the market potential for these technologies; estimating market penetration rates and conducting what-if scenarios; reviewing the availability and performance of various policies and programs to support these technologies; and suggesting modification to programs as well as new program concepts. ESG has also conducted pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, examining the technical, financial, institutional, management, environmental, legal, and other key components of clean energy projects that may be of interest to potential lenders and investors.
